Maternity Leave

About

about me

Welcome! I’m Eliana and I am a postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and perinatal yoga teacher with over ten years of experience serving growing families.

Outside of my work, I love spending time in nature with my husband and our many farm animals. I believe that connection to the natural world is essential for our wellbeing, and I encourage my clients to find ways to incorporate nature into their own lives as well.

I currently offer small group classes on all things perinatal wellness and baby care, small group yoga sessions, and 1 on 1 postpartum planning care.

I am located in Vestal New York and am happy to serve clients within a 30 mile radius.

I look forward to supporting you on this journey!

Perinatal Yoga

I teach perinatal yoga (pre and postnatal yoga) at Organic Yoga & Wellness in Vestal. My classes are beginner friendly and are a wonderful way to connect to your mind, body, and a community of fellow parents.

Lactation Counseling:

5 hours of in person or virtual services surrounding breastfeeding

Private Yoga Class

1 hour

$100 for a group of 1-5 people

$10 per additional person

Postpartum Sanctuary Planning Session

3 hours of 1 on 1 time spent discussing and planning for your dreamiest postpartum nest.

This pricing includes a well stocked postpartum goodie basket, take home worksheets, and unlimited text access to me!

Eliana was an incredible help to my family and I as we navigated the first month of postpartum with a newborn and toddler. She jumped right in to help in ways that I wouldn’t have been able to ask for. She cooked us lots of healthy and delicious meals with whatever we had on hand, made sitz baths and tea for me, always making sure mama was hydrated and fed. She helped me with my baby wearing wrap and had lots of resources to connect us with if we needed them. Whatever your needs are, Eliana will show up and meet them. In my postpartum state with hormones and sleep deprivation, etc., I struggled to figure out what I needed most each time she came over, but Eliana was able to see how/where she could best help without me needing to explain. Having a postpartum doula is WELL worth the investment, especially if you have limited support people around you. I would hire her again 10/10!!
